Jennifer is a Charted Trade Mark Attorney, advising on all aspects of trade mark protection from clearance and registration to contentious matters such as oppositions, revocations and invalidation actions.
Jennifer has particular expertise in the management of large global brand portfolios, having been responsible for the day to day management of one of the world’s biggest swimwear brands, as well as a global footwear retailer.
Over the last two decades, Jennifer has acted on behalf of a large number of retail, fashion, and food clients, from start-ups through to large multi-nationals, and is known for providing commercially relevant advice and strategies.
